This hand-thrown chawan tea bowl is a study in contrast—beige tones anchor the form, while brown brush strokes evoke bark, stone, and the erosion of rock. The surface is tactile, slightly rough, inviting the hand to linger and the mind to slow. The interior is finished with a shiny white glaze with splashes of ash.
